Our Heritage

The story of First Kengray BK spans more than a century. In 1908, less than a year after Scouting started worldwide, the First Belgravia Scout Troop opened it doors for the first time under Scoutmaster A F McGillivary and the Scouting spirit has continued in an unbroken line ever since.

Over 300 million people have had the privilege of being Scouts but only a few thousand have had the honour of being KBK Scouts - adventure, brotherhood and life-long friendship. Let's hope that many more generations will join the KBK family and keep the Scouting spirit burning bright for many years to come.
